・店販抱き合わせ戦略は
やることは一緒でも発信の仕方（順番）によって
お客様の感じる印象は違うので、
逆転の発送で
思い切った打ち出し方もありなのでは？
・スタッフ採用の件
一見 前向きに見える人がいても、間が空くと
理由をつけて流れるパターンもあるので、接点や連絡をこまめにとる手法（口実）を考える。
・金券を作成する場合、
目的次第で手段と金額を変える。
目的と標準を
慎重かつ明確にしておかないとリスクに繋がる場合もある。
・パーマは前髪1本スタイルチェンジから
次回トップもつけて2本目、
また3本目、4本目と体感してもらい
全頭に持っていく事により、
安定したパーマ比率確保の具体的戦略となる。

・オール金、又は年間オール金達成に向けて、毎日の旬報入力を今一度 必須事項としてもらう。
三栄美容MTでも、全員で毎朝確認と進捗を共有している。

参加者と参加店オーナー、COTA、三栄美容が
どのような事を求めているのかを明確にし、目的を一致させる必要がある。

紹介、及び採用は難しい。
人を求めて必要とする理由が
『人手不足』である時点では、
これからの時代は本当にスタッフ（新卒）確保は厳しい。
オーナーとして
“人財”確保に向けた時間も意識的（計画的）に確保していく必要がある事を再認識。
